Pregnancy yoga is a great way to build and maintain your body strength throughout your pregnancy. Each class starts with a calming and grounding breathing exercise and leads into a sequence of gentle stretches and exercises in various stances. The class culminates in a lovely relaxation session to help you relax and unwind and hopefully lead to a better nights sleep..
